Advisory Group
The purpose of the Building Business Capacity Advisory Group was to provide timely, objective expert advice across the range of functional areas required in this project, including finance, information technology, human resources business development and purchasing.
The key responsibilities of the advisory group were to provide input on:
- operational service delivery frameworks and the implementation of shared services activities in the functional areas nominated above, and other areas as appropriate
- ways and means of resolving project issues and possible risk events
- links with other initiatives and programs that may add value to the Building Business Capacity project
- possible opportunities to assist the sustainability of Business Quality Centres (BQCs) into the future.
