Project Objectives
The project aims were to:
- implement shared Business Quality Centres to provide services to (at least) two QAIHC regions
- demonstrate efficiencies and cost savings that will increase the capacity of the community-controlled sector to focus on their core service delivery activities
- provide a strong evidence base and learnings that will be transferable to the community-controlled sector more broadly.
