Steering Group
The purpose of the Building Business Capacity Steering Group was to provide coordination and control of the project.
The key responsibilities of the steering group were to:
- approve a detailed project plan (including scope) and schedule
- identify and resolve key planning and project implementation issues
- monitor implementation processes and ensure project plan objectives, schedules, milestones and targets are met within allocated budget and timeframes
- consider, review and/or approve project issues and change requests
- inform, consult with and seek the advice of the Project Sponsor as appropriate
- support the project team via open and effective communication channels
